Food grade 304 stainless steel
The cylinder is made of 304 grade stainless steel, and the internal mirror surface is polished. The production process and requirements are higher than those of current domestic conventional food freeze-drying machine manufacturers
Drying silo body
The drying silo body is round, the front end is open, the material trolley enters and exits from the fron51 16 # channel steel) and base. The chamber body is made of SUS304 stainless steel. The reinforcing rib and base outside the silo are made of carbon steel.
Radiant heating
Radiant heating: the water is heated by the heat exchanger and led to the heating plate in the cabin for heating. The water is always in circulation during the heating process.
Tubular cold trap
The cold trap is a tubular cold trap, which is horizontally arranged at the rear of the drying silo. The diameter of the cold trap cylinder is the same as that of the drying silo cylinder
The diameter is consistent, and the cold trap and drying bin are separated by electric stainless steel shutters. The cylinder body is made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the reinforcement and base outside the cylinder body are made of carbon steel.
